Your Tasks
  • Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure food quality, freshness, and consistency at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation, complying with all sanitation and health regulations.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (grills, ovens, fryers, etc.).
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure timely service.
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper handling of raw and cooked food.
  • Assist with menu changes, specials, or catering events as required.
  • Perform closing and opening duties, including cleaning and restocking.

Our requirements
  • Prior cooking or culinary experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and sanitation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Culinary training or certification is a plus, but not always required.
