Bartenders

Greet guests, take drink orders, and prepare beverages according to standard recipes or customer requests.

Maintain knowledge of bar menus, cocktail recipes, and specials.

Check guests’ identification to verify legal drinking age.

Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balance cash drawers.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and supplies.

Collect empty glasses, wash glassware, and manage bar inventory.

Monitor guest behavior and consumption; refuse service when necessary per alcohol laws.

Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards.

Prior bartending or hospitality experience strongly preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and responsible alcohol service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be at least 21 years old (per alcohol service laws).

Ability to stand for long shifts and lift moderate weight (bottles, kegs, cases).
