Banquet Server

Your Tasks
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event orders (tables, linens, flatware, glassware, and decorations).
  • Greet guests and respond to their requests in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and in proper sequence.
  • Monitor tables, refill drinks, and attend to guest needs throughout the event.
  • Clear plates, glassware, and utensils between courses and after events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and event managers to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
  • Assist with event breakdown and post-event clean-up.

Our requirements
  • Prior serving, catering, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift trays and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
