Technical Analyst

Your Tasks
  • System Analysis & Support

    • Provide day-to-day technical support for applications, databases, and business systems.

    • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.

    • Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of system-related problems.

  • Business & Technical Liaison

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

    • Support business teams with data analysis, system enhancements, and reporting tools.

    • Document workflows, processes, and system changes for transparency and training.

  • Data & Reporting

    • Extract, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights.

    • Create and maintain reports/dashboards to support decision-making.

    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with security standards.

  • System Maintenance & Development

    • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features.

    • Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

    • Support integration of new technologies and process automation.

  • After-Hours Availability

    • Be available for occasional after-hours work in case of urgent system issues, upgrades, or deployments.


Our requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

  • Familiarity with business applications (ERP, CRM, HR systems, etc.).

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
